Do you need an e-invoice?
Please contact the academy if you require a receipt.
Starting from July 2025, we will issue e-invoices when required according to Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri (LHDN) regulations.
If you need an e-invoice, please send the following information to the academy's email.

- Tax Identification Number (TIN)
- NRIC Number
- Address
- Contact Number
- Email Address
- Registered Business Name
- Tax Identification Number (TIN)

- SST Registration Number (required if SST registered)
Refund Policy
Full refund is available up to 72 hours before the program starts, excluding non-refundable items.
However, once the first class has started, refunds may be restricted.
These are classes based on a set number of sessions. After making a prepayment for a certain number of lessons, each session is deducted as it is used. These typically include 1:1 private lessons, SAT, or TOEFL classes.
- If notice is given on the day of class: session is deducted (Non-refundable)
- Remaining sessions can be fully refunded
Level test fees, registration fees, textbook fees, and other charges are non-refundable. For more information, please refer to the Non-Refundable Items tab.
Programs paid in a lump sum and do not require further payment after the initial payment. (e.g., Intensive English Program)
Programs where tuition is paid monthly.

These items are non-refundable regardless of whether the program has started or not.
